This is your sign 💃 Beginner Heels is all about building confidence, control, and that powerful stage presence — in a room that's 100% judgment-free. We'll start with the basics: posture, walks, balance, and simple choreo designed to make you feel fierce from day one. You don't need experience, you don't even need heels to start (sneakers are totally fine) — just come ready to feel yourself ▎ ✨

PERFORMANCE DATE: July 26th, 3pm - 8pm Weekly Schedule Technique & Conditioning
7:00 PM – 8:30 PM Poms Team Practice
8:30 PM – 10:00 PM Both classes are required for dancers joining the Poms Team.
Who This Is For This team is a great fit for dancers who want to:
- train consistently
- improve stamina and technique
- perform with a team
- build confidence
- push themselves artistically
- prepare for future showcase or competition-style opportunities
Why Technique & Conditioning Is Required Poms is a high-energy style that requires strength, stamina, flexibility, sharp movements, clean timing, and strong performance quality. The Technique & Conditioning class helps dancers build the foundation they need to safely and confidently perform choreography at a higher level. This class supports:
- stronger stamina
- cleaner lines and sharper motions
- better control and coordination
- improved flexibility and strength
- stronger performance quality
- safer training habits
Credits Required For the full 8-week program, dancers will need:
- 8 Poms Team credits
- 8 Technique & Conditioning credits
Pricing Non-Member Pricing Poms Team Fee: $250
Technique & Conditioning: $25/class × 8 classes = $200 Total Program Cost: $450 + costume fee Costumes are not included in the program price. We will do our best to keep costume costs affordable and reasonable.
